I was able to download the pictures so I the "Picture of the Day" is back up and running.
I do not have any pictures posted this week because our card reader on the computer is not working. Once it is working, I will download all the pictures and post again.
Elliana says, "Me love some turkey that's cow." Translation, "I love venison jerky." I was teaching her how hamburger is from a cow and venison is from a dear. After that she exclaimed, "Me love animals, yummy. It's not gross, Mom." I found the last statement very funny because I had not anything about taste or whether it is gross or not.
Last night Elliana and Andy sat on Santa's lap. Neither cried or were scared. When Santa asked Elliana what she wanted, she said, a candy cane upside down. I am not sure why it has to be upside down, but she does love candy canes.
Andy loves to play and run around like a crazy man. He hits himself in the head whenever he sees another male in hopes that he will play along too. If the man or boy responds with a hit to his own head, Andy laughs with glee and will repeat the process until he is dragged away.
Andy started a runny nose this weekend and was forced to cancel all of our Christmas activities we had planned. He was wheezing and coughing off and on. I took him to the doctor's this morning to see what he could hear. No wheezing! That is good news, but the bad news is that he has another double ear infection.
Elliana has three more swim classes left. She is loving them very much. Yesterday, she bobbed up and down in the water while waiting for Mr. Chris to finish with a classmate. She floats and kicks on her back, uses her arms and blows bubbles, all while Mr. Chris is holding her and helping her swim. The class end on Dec 16, on Dec. 18 we, as a family, will be going to Great Wolf Lodge for the night. Elliana won this trip at Chris' work picnic in the fall.
